    Do I need a modem to use wl-500w or it is integrated?

    Its a w/l router. No modem

    another easy question, I can't find on internet any single simple modem, can you tell me a few models that fit well with this router?

    what do you mean under "modem"? ADSL? dial-up?
    if ADSL --- then generally any adsl modem/router with ethernet output will fit it (adsl hardware may differ from country to country).

    there're too many adsl modem models shipped worldwide to write any.
    couldn't it be better to call your ISP and ask him for.

    My preference is for something with a Broadcom chipset
    eg a good and cheap one is a TP Link TD8810

    btw, your ISP gives you a modem in most cases...

    the problem is my ISP gave me a USB modem, without ethernet...

    well... in that case you should ask the ISP what sort of modem you need for connecting and if they can send over the connection information.
    after that you can start looking for a modem
