router and AP together at once

I need my ASUS Wl-500gP to work as a broadbandrouter and moreover to work as an AP, all at once.

Situation:
Asus is connected to wan as a router, and all 4 ethernet plugs are in use. But I need even wireless conection (bridge) to another AP to connect other PCs to internet (via this asus).

It seems that asus is able either to work as a router or as an AP (bridge).
There is original firmware and I do not know if other firmware can fix that.

Is there any chance to do it this way?
Does anybody have an experience or idea how to do that?

You have to configure the OTHER router/ap as a WLAN repeater/bridge/WDS.

Yeah.
The only way how to start a both router and bridge with cheap edimax AP on the other side was to start WDS.
Fortunately at least some way how to do that ...
