RAW printing is now possible. Set port to 9101 solved the problem.

Leave both LPR and RAW, I've no idea of flash space
RAW works fine, remove LPR, it's not needed anymore
Both RAW and LPR does not work for me
RAW does not work with my printer, LPR does work
