-sh: Wget: not found

And when i leave out http:// the response is :

@(none) /tmp]$ wget www.mascat.com/rrdtool.sh
wget: not an http or ftp url: www.mascat.com/rrdtool.sh

I just don't get it in /opt/usr/bin....
