i really not sure if FIX was the problem but at least it worked resolving
the error messages for me.

Device Not Found No device was found! Please check your network connection and try again"
FIX: I FORMATED MY EXTERN WDHD FROM NTFS TO EXT2
(used partition manager 8.5)

fixing .1 gave me error .2

Network Error
No connection could be made because the target machine actively refuses it

Winsock Status: Running
FIX:IN THE ROUTER MENU
//internet Firewall //port of acess from WAN : between 1024-65535
