I think you should try 'ps' instead of 'mount'.

there is something going wrong with my installation off samba.
it`s possible i´m going crazy if i didn`t solve this stupid problem.
1. my router is a wl500gx
2. 32mb ram enabled
3. samba enabled doing by this german howto

everything fine, last check is in telnet "mount" and this is the result of mount
[myrouter@XXX root]$ mount
/dev/root on / type squashfs (ro)
none on /dev type devfs (rw)
proc on /proc type proc (rw)
ramfs on /tmp type ramfs (rw)
usbfs on /proc/bus/usb type usbfs (rw)
/dev/discs/disc0/disc on /tmp/harddisk type vfat (rw,noatime)
[myrouter@XXX root]$
did samba runs or not?
i use a 64mb stick formated with fat32

ok first problem is solved samba works,
but i get only read acces.
i mount in windows
\\192.168.1.50\share$
and in this way
\\Asus50\share$
both of them work only read no write acces
any tip?

Have a look at your smb.log, perhaps samba has some
explanations for your readonly acces.
same problem here...can read only access....
