Thread: Cant delete folders on samba drive with windows vista.

Cant delete folders on samba drive with windows vista.

I have samba set up on my wl-500gx with oleg 1.9.2.7-7f , and it has always worked fine with lots of windows xp mashines.
Now i have installed Windows Vista on one of my mashines, and run into a problem.
I can access the drive, and i can execute files, write to the drive, i can delete files in the root, i can delete files in folders, but i cannot delete folders(with or without files in them).

Any idea what this is about?

    Thanks for the reply.
I just tried the ''use NTLMv2 session security if negotiated'' suggested, but im afraid it did'nt help.

I just realized i wrote something wrong.
If i delete all files in a folder first, then i can actually delete the folder when its empty.
