Notes: set to LPR. Didn't understand what queue name meant so just called it "router" and it works. Power light annoyingly stays flashing after print has finished = printer awaiting data (wot data? it's all on the paper!). Having seen the hints that RAW works with custom firmware, I will try next for RAW printing.
