usb key and webserver

Hi folks

I have a 2 questions

1. When I unplug my usb key from Asus router and plug it back and restart or turn off, web server httpd not working also there is nothing in system log(running service httpd) in asus web page my.router , service not running after that.

2. Is there any way to copy for example index.htm to /opt/share/www over ftp ? or how to use fat32 partition in linux, i cant copy this files to /opt/share/www
