    configure shared bandwidth

    hi all,

anyone knows if there is a way(by custom firmware) to control the bandwidth which is available for each connected pc? specially needed for my girlfried, if i download with fullspeed, she "can't" surf. maybe it is possible to configure that each pc can only uses e.g. 90% of the max. available bandwidth. i'm not sure if you can handle it with QoS?!

    regards

Why not use a download manager, such as LeechGet?

i certainly use one->flashget. but i download often stuf, while im not in my room, and if my girlfried want to surf a bit, it is to slow. and to give the autocontrol to the router is more handy.
