Sorry I'm too elliptic, what I meant was: if you do not wish to spend the additional time and effort to make and publish this diff, I'll patch my source firmware alone. I hoped that it was easy for you to compute and publish that diff, that's all (fon instance: the linux kernel is published both in ``complete tarbal''l and ``patch with respect to the last version'', so that you can patch incrementally; it's obvisouly an additional hurdle for you and probably not useful for many people except (maybe) oleo and myself). If you keep the last version of the source tree it might be easy to do, so that I'd be happy to have such a diff, otherwise, let's forget my request.

I have WL-500G and AT&T is the isp. It was working with all the previouse 7a,7b,7c. After upgrade to 7d, it won't connect to internet. Back to 7c, everything is O.K. The log seems normal and it show connect, but just won't load the web page.

Guys, post your system logs, please. Which connection type you've selected in the WAN settings? Static/DHCP/...?

Hm... According to your syslog, everything is OK, and you've pppoe connection, not dhcp. Also, this log is not for -7d version for sure... Please flash -7d and save correct log.

According to your logs, you're running wl500g deluxe (not the wl500g). Also, according to your logs the box is connected to your ISP and working fine. Could you please clarify your problems?

Also, your connection type is PPPoE, not DHCP!

flashing back to 7c all is working as it should without changing any settings.

Try to figure out the reason, i.e. from your PC type:

    nslookup www.wl500g.info
    ping www.wl500g.info
    tracert www.wl500g.info

if something failed - telnet to router and type
    nslookup www.wl500g.info
    ping www.wl500g.info
    traceroute www.wl500g.info

    Post your results here.

P.S. I've PPPoE connection to my ISP, everything is working fine.

Ok, the reason is the empty WAN ip address field. Wait a bit for 1.9.2.7-7e.
