is there any way to get in system shell detailed information on existing wireless connections (clients and WDS APs) including wifi mode, connection speed, signal level etc ?
This is the last update for now, I've added telnetd support (without password)
download at http://server.zomeronline.net/wl300g

use 'wl' for it..
for example
Code:wl status
My little Asus Collection: Too much to fit inhere, my 2 babies:WL500w 1.9.2.7-10(OLEG) VX2SE Yellow Lamborghini notebook
WL500g Forum Asus Files OpenDir
Asusforum.NL -- Asusforum.DE -- Asusforum.RU -- Asusforum.PL -- Asusforum.NET -- Asusforum.EU -- Asusforum.BE -- Asusforum.ES -- Asusforum.INFO
unfortunatelly in my case 'wl status' says only
SSID: "blue-n"
Mode: Managed RSSI: 0 dBm noise: 0 dBm Channel: 6
BSSID: 00:0E:A6:76:75:2A Capability: ESS WEP ShortSlot
Supported Rates: [ 1(b) 2(b) 5.5(b) 6 9 11(b) 12 18 24 36 48 54 ]
my box is WL-300g with customized firmware from this forum
telnetd_ftpserver_wl300g_1.7.5.6_en.trx
'wl assoclist' says
assoclist 00:40:05:5F:15:07
nothing about speed, RSSI and others...
I've found nothing in wl parameters in order to learn info on WDS associated APs...
Anybody knows what the after burner is for?
"wl afterburner"
it's the highspeed thing from broadcom (125mbps)Originally Posted by ~D~
you can't use it at the wl300g
