    When using Windows XP, or another firewall you should setup the firewall to accept connections from your network/internet.
    First disable the firewall, and see if it works.
    Then enable it again and open the portsettings for your web- and FTP server of the firewall.
    If this doesn't work, check your web- ftp server settings again.
    I don't think you forget to turn on the Virtual Server option ...

    Btw, Chello / UPC is not blocking port 80/21/23
    I'm using it without problems.
