Ëþáîïûòíî áûëî áû ñäåëàòü õàðäìîä äëÿ ïîääåðæêè 5GHz.
Èáî åñëè ÷èï ïîèäåå ïîääåðæèâàåò òî îãðïíè÷åíèå èëè â ñîôòå èëè (ñêîðåå âñåãî) â âûñêî÷àñòîòíîé ÷àñòè.
Ïðèîáðåë ýòîò ðîóòåð. Ïîäêëþ÷èë è óæå âîçíèêëè ïðîáëåìû, íàñòðîéêè ïî÷åìó-òî íå ñîõðàíÿþòñÿ, âåá-èíòåðôåéñ æóòêî ãëþ÷èò, êíîïêè â íåì (ïðèìåíèòü, ïåðåçàãðóçêà è ò.ä.) íå âûçûâàþò âîîáùå íèêàêîé ðåàêöèè

Ïîíðàâèëàñü òåìà "Âñ¸ î Í16". Êîëîññàëüíûé òðóä!
Åñòü òàì ïóíêòèê ïðî "ìîæíî ïîïðîáîâàòü ðàñøèðèòü ïàìÿòü äî 256 ìåãàáàéò". Ýòî ïûòàëèñü ñäåëàòü â ñàìîì ÀÑÓÑå. Ïîñëå òîãî, êàê ýòî èì íå óäàëîñü ìíå ïîäàðèëè òàêîé èíæåíåðíûé îáðàçåö â êîðïóñå ÷¸ðíîãî öâåòà. Äûê âîò. Ïîñòàâèòü-òî ìîæíî, íî íè÷åãî òîëêîì íå çàðàáîòàåò. Äàâíûì äàâíî óæå áðîàäêîì ïàìÿòü ìåïïèðóåò òàê, ÷òî äîñòóïíî òîëüêî 128 ìåãàáàéò, äàëüøå èä¸ò àäðåñíîå ïðîñòðàíñòâî PCI, ïåðåâ¸ðíóòàÿ ïàìÿòü è ò.ä. êîòîðûå îòêëþ÷èòü íå óäà¸òñÿ ïî÷åìó-òî (ÿ ñàìîëè÷íî ïûòàëñÿ ýòî ñäåëàòü, â ò.÷. äâèãàÿ PCI).  îáùåì, ýòî òàê è îñòàëîñü â ìå÷òàõ. Ñàìà ïàìÿòü àäðåñóåòñÿ, ò.å. åñòü îêîøêî, ãäå å¸ âèäíî, íî èñïîëüçîâàòü å¸ "êàê îáû÷íóþ" íåëüçÿ.
Äà, òóò óæå ãðàæäàíå â ëè÷êó ñïðàøèâàþò ïðî ÷¸ðíûé öâåò. Íåìíîãî ïîÿñíþ, ÷òî ýòî çà öâåò. Ïîëó÷èëè åãî âèäèìî ïðîñòî.
Âçÿëè àýðîçîëüíûé áàëëîí ñ ÷¸ðíîé êðàñêîé è ïîêðàñèëè âåðõíóþþ è íèæíþþ ïîëîâèíêè. Ïðÿì ïîâåðõ ëîãîòèïà ÀÑÓÑ, ÷òî íà âåðõíåé êðûøêå.
Åñëè ïðèãëÿäåòüñÿ, òî ëîãîòèï (âåðíåå î÷åðòàíèÿ) ìîæíî ðàçãëÿäåòü. Íó è ñ îáðàòíîé ñòîðîíû è ïî áîêàì åñòü áåëûå ôðàãìåíòû, ãäå ñâåòîâîäû (èõ çàêëåèâàëè âèäèìî ïðè ïîêðàñêå).
Èç îðèãèíàëüíûõ äåòàëåé - ñðåäíÿÿ ÷àñòü êîðïóñà - ò¸ìíî ñåðàÿ, íàäïèñè íà íåé ÷¸ðíûå (ýòî òî÷íî íå ñàìîïàë). È âñòàâêà â ñåðåäèíêå íå áåëàÿ, à êðàñíàÿ (ìîæåò áûòü òîæå ïîêðàøåíà âðó÷íóþ).

Èíòåðåñíî, à ÷òî äóìàþò àâòîðû ïðîøèâêè íàñ÷åò âîçìîæíîñòè ðåàëèçîâàòü íà RT-N16 ðàáîòó WiFi â îáîèõ äèàïàçîíàõ 802.11n ?
Ó êîëëåã ñ tomato âðîäå ïîëó÷èëîñü. Ïðàâäà ïîêà òîëüêî äëÿ Linksys WRT610Nv2 è Linksys E3000. Íî ÷èï-òî îäèí è òîò æå ñòîèò, ÷òî â Àñóñå, ÷òî â Ëèíêñèñàõ - BCM4718 è â íåì ïîääåðæêà 2 äèàïàçîíîâ çàëîæåíà. Èëè ÿ ãäå-òî îøèáàþñü?

Êàê íè ñòðàííî, îäèí ðàç ïîëó÷èëîñü â øòàòíîì ðåæèìå, ÷åðåç tftp.
Âòîðîé ðàç (ïðîøèâàë RT-N66U_3001_38 óæå íå ñëó÷àéíî, à èç èíòåðåñà) ïðîñòî íå ïîëó÷èëîñü, ðîäíàÿ ïðîøèâêà çàëèâàëàñü, íî ñòàðòîâàòü íå õîòåëà.
Âèäèìî, ïîñëå íàñòðîåê "RT-N66" åé íå ïîíðàâèëñÿ nvram.
nvram ïðèøëîñü î÷èùàòü ÷åðåç êîíñîëü, áëàãî âåëèêèé Àñóñ î íàñ ïîçàáîòèëñÿ è äàæå ðàñïàÿë øòûðüêè
×òî-òî íå íàø¸ë èíôîðìàöèè. Ìîæíî ëè çàäåéñòâîâàòü 5 ããö äèàïàçîí â rt-n16?
À òåîðåòè÷åñêè òî ÷èï ìîæåò âðîäå.  ÷¸ì âîïðîñ ?  êàêîì ìåñòå íàïèëüíèêîì ïîðàáîòàòü íóæíî?
