If you've been able to configure the WL HDD, then presumably you've been able to access it via Ethernet and it's just wireless access that you can't get?

yes of course it's work fine with Ethernet
I've plug the RJ45 and it's work but i don't want put both in the same room so ... wireless
Have you set the name of your wireless router correctly in the WL HDD configuration menu?
EDIT: And a further thought - have you managed to access the WL HDD via your router or just by plugging it in directly to your computer?

Yes I've set the name (wl-hdd)
All the configuration has been made by the web page with the WLHDD plug in my router
I suspect that the problem is that you shouldn't use the name 'WL HDD' unless you are using the device in AP mode. I don't have access to my configuration pages at the moment but I'll check at home this evening and see how mine is configured. But my recollection is that under the wireless settings to need to tell the device the SSID of the router that it's trying to connect to.
does your router use wep encryption or something similair?Originally Posted by marciton
