asus wl-500G deluxe, dhcp problem

hi there

my old linksys router died the other day, so i bought this asus router.
I have firmware version 1.9.4.0, and a terrayon 720 tj cable modem.

My problem is the dhcp, assignment of ip adresses.

I have a IP phone, and 4 other pc`s in the network (one server with static local IP), i can also access the internet, but not use my ip phone.

when i go to check the dhcp table, i cannot see any of the pc`s there nor the ip phone.

I have tried all speeds, i.e auto, 100 full duplex etc. but nothing seem to work.

anyone got an idea on how to solve this problem? it might be a minor problem, but im quite a newbie here :-)

do not reset wl500g, then dhcp table will stay 'full'
