Linux modification: WebDAV and print server?

Would it be possible to install a WebDAV-Server on the Asus? This makes much more sense than ftp, as win xp and mac os x can use it as a regular drive and you can use it for sharing ical-calendards etc.

Also i still look for a mac os x/linux-solution to use the print server across my network. Enabling ldp or ipp-printing should not be hard to do, should it? I wonder why Asus have choosen such a proprietary solution on the linux-router.
