Seems to me you should disable the DMZ function and forward the port using the Virtual Server function.

That's what I said:
Step 1: Disable the the 'Virtual DMZ' function using the Webinterface
Step 2: Enable the 'Virtual Server' function and configure it to forward port 5739 to port 5739 at the IP address of your PC (it probably has an IP in the 192.168.0.x range).

Don't forget to "reset to factory defaults" after upgrading the firmware...
after that, then you can set the router to you own needs.
