Thread: best wl 500g client mode!!!

    best wl 500g client mode!!!

    Pleas can somebody help me.... we have wireles lan based on asus 500g,

    AP(ASUS 500g) is set as Home Gateway... runs good.

    8x clients (ASUS 500g) set als ethernet bridge ... PROBLEMS

    sometime (2 per day) 3-4 client will die owner must power cable plug off/on...

    some idea???

    AP have firmware from OLEG 1.9.2.7-4
    and
    Clients have firmware from OLEG 1.9.2.7-4

    Hi, i'v got the same problem. I use the firmware 1.8.1.7-3 on 500g(client in ethernet bridge) and 1.9.4.0 on 500gx (AP). It was only way how to connect them and i have quite big pocket lost and often is connection on client frozen. Some other firmware dont work at all (not linked), some are linked, but i dont have any ping only assoc on AP. I dont use encryption or only wep. thnx for help

    Now im satisfied with this combination of firmwares 1.9.2.7-2 (client - ethernet bridge) and 1.9.2.7-5a (AP) ...it seems to be good...
