    Question WL500GP - modeswitch problem

    Hi,

Everytime I reboot the router the usb_modeswitch.conf is rewritten by the default "empty" file. How could I manage to have my datas saved and used after reboot? All other router setting are saved.

    Thanks
    DaSnake

You have to edit the file /usr/local/.files . Open it with vi or nano and add there the path to usb_modeswitch.conf . Here is mine for example :
    Code:
    # Enter full path of files to be saved via flashfs
    /etc/TZ
    /etc/fstab
    /etc/profile
    /etc/usb_modeswitch.conf
    Don't forget to execute
    Code:
flashfs save && flashfs commit && flashfs enable && reboot
    after this
