Can I turn off wireless (instructions)?

Is there a way to turn off wireless (disable) and just connect via cable through a router instead?

With the latest official firmware it is possible. Go to wireless-advanced-enable radio --> off.

With older 1.1.2.8 firmware, go to "Wireless/Client Mode" page and set "Become an AP if no AP can be connected?" to "No", and "Client Mode" to "Disabled". Then click "Finish" to save the settings and reboot.

Thanks, Styno. You're a big help...

I did, it's virtually worthless and ASUS tech support is equally so.

This forum is the best source for help and workarounds.

Have a great day and thanks everyone else.
