Radio / Wireless disabled

Hi,

I can not connect wireless. Had problems with AP, so contacted Asus. Solution was: hold reset button while power on for a rescue mode. Then updated to latest firmware 1.9.2.7. Reset while on (hold reset button for 5 seconds). Wired works fine right now.

However, wireless does not work. Air LED is always off. My laptop finds several networks but not my Asus. In the browser console, under menu Wireless item Advanced, option Enable Radio is ON for every day, everytime.
In menu Status & Log, item Wireless I tried the button Enable (Radio Control). Still does not work....

I found a post about turning radio ON/OFF from a console, but I don't know what console? Is there some way I can connect by command prompt or? (Post: http://wl500g.info/showthread.php?t=...=radio+console)

Any suggestions, because I start to think the wireless feature is just broken? -((

Replace your router. Looks like it's defective.
