I wonder if it is possible to connect the wl500w with a lan-hub...
the lan-ports are to few for my lan... any ideas or suggestions how this could work?
is the wl500w ready for cascading?

A network switch would be preferrable to a hub, because using a hub can cause your network traffic to collide. Switches don't have that problem. Besides, you'd probably have a real hard time to even find hubs nowadays.
