problem about play webradio music (mms://)

How can I listen to the music on webradio

the website use Protocol ( mms:// )
for example
mms://bcr.media.hinet.net/RA000038

I try mpg123、madplay not work

and I want to try VLC but it show

VLC is not supposed to be run as root. Sorry.
If you need to use real-time priorities and/or privileged TCP ports
you can use vlc-wrapper (make sure it is Set-UID root first and
cannot be run by non-trusted users first).

And I find the mplayer may support mms://

But Unfortunately, I find no mplayer in ipkg

Cant someone help me? plz
