if there are opensource linux drivers available, then you can recompile the kernel with those drivers

There is opensource driver that support atheros chip. (madwifi)

there are not many linux drivers around that support draft N so far...
I do recommend to compile and test things trough before you buy it tho... otherwise it's just spoiled mony if it doesnt work
