torrents/sancho all of a sudden slow

Hello, just started happening yesterday when I tried to d/l prison break :-)

All of a sudden, torrent downloads are awfully slow. For several torrents. I wouldn't suspect anything, since torrents are sometimes slow, but what's strange and what made me think something's happening is sancho as well.

I'm having problems connecting from sancho to wl700gE, it is popping "incorrect username/password" several times before it connects, and even stranger, when I try to access mldonkey from web interface on port 4080, it is slow as well! It takes ages to ask me for password, then each page takes forever to open.

Mind you that web (surfing) works fine, I FTP from outside just fine, web server works just fine (from the outside), so everything is ok except mldonkey.

I run top command from putty, and this is what I got:

    Code:
    Mem: 59452K used, 2516K free, 0K shrd, 14808K buff, 9392K cached

Since I'm no linux guy, it doesn't mean much to me, Is there anything to susspect?

I haven't changed anything as far as config is concerned on router in AGES. I checked iptables in config files and seems all ports are open on firewall, i restarted, even power-cycled router, nothing helps.

    Any help appreciated,

    Dalibor

OK, so the process that is taking most cpu (99%) is mlnet.lite which is I suppose mldonkey. when I killed it, cpu usage went to normal.

I suppose that's why torrents are slow. But what could cause this???
