Êàê âñòàëà? Íîðìàëüíî ëè ðàáîòàåò wifi?

ó ìåíÿ ïîä íåé çàðàáîòàë âàéôàé ,íî åñòåñòâåííî ïðîñòî â ýòîé æèçíè áûòü íå÷åãî íå ìîæåò, íå êîííåêòèòüñÿ ðîóòåð äî VPN ñåðâåðà.

Ëå÷èòñÿ òîëüêî âûêëþ÷åíèåì ðîóòåðîâñêîãî ôàåðâîëà. Áåç íåãî âñå ðàáîòàåò êàê íàäî. Ïîêà òàê è ðàáîòàåò, áåç âûêëþ÷åíèÿ, óæå íåäåëþ -- ñáîåâ íåò (2 êîìïà ïî lan + 2 êîìïà ïî WiFi, îáùèé òðàô ÷åðåç WAN çà ýòî âðåìÿ > 100ãèã).
Ìîæåò êòî ïîäñêàæåò ãäå ãðàáëè c ôàåðâîëîì? ß òàê ïîíèìàþ, ýòî íå ñâÿçàííî ñ êîíêðåòíîé âåðñèåé ïðîøèâêè.

Åñëè svit.svitonline.com çàìåíèòü íà IP -- ñ VPN ñîåäèíÿåòñÿ è ïðè âêëþ÷åíîì ôàåðâîëå, íî äîëãî íå äåðæèòñÿ -- ðâåò ñîåäèíåíèå (ìîæåò èç-çà òîãî, ÷òî ó ïðîâàéäåðà íåñêîëüêî VPN àäðåñîâ).

...Yes I can make pure 1.9.2.7-10a with newest wifi driver but someone must put it to oleg.wl500g.info or somewhere in wl500g.info.

Can you please do that? Many of us would be very grateful for that.
If you have made it already then can you please upload it somwhere and give the link here.
Just checked your firmware in my 500gp V2, it looks close to Oleg's ver.10 but USB and CDMA added. But the trouble is that I was unable to choose any other WAN but USB Connection. I Tried static\dynamic IP, PPPOE, L2TP and the one I need - PPTP, but after restart I always get that 'USB Connection' disconnected on WAN status.

Alex, I had same troubles as you, but I've found the way to resolve it. Just choose the "none" option selecting a USB modem, and clear the 'automatic dial on boot' checkbox. Then you can select PPPoE and other connection types without any problems.
But, anyway, I also join to your request for the pure 1.9.2.7-10a firmware with the newest wi-fi drivers.
BTW, engy, is it possible to include into a new firmware the samba functionality from the official 2.0.1.5 one? It allows to assign user rights for shared folders through the web interface, which is a quite useful feature.

I have no time now to port samba support from 2.0.1.5 fw. Maybe Oleg should. I will shortly release fw with bugs fixed.

Anyway, thank you for your firmware. Now it is the only way for us to get something working with v2. It is a real salvation
So, as you are fixing bugs in your fw: I found another bug related to DNS. More specifically: When I connect to the Internet through PPPoE, it seems the router does not translate name resolving requests to the upcoming DNS server. So, as DNS on 192.168.1.1 does not work I forced to specify the upcoming one (provider's DNS server) in DHCP settings. With Oleg's 10 firmware (via TP cable) I have no such problem.

Ðàáîòàåò wifi, àïëèíê íà SkyLink'å (AnyDATA-310A) è íà ÑÇ Ìåãàôîíå (Huawei E220). Ðàáîòàåò ñòàáèëüíî, ïðîáëåì íåò. Áîëüøå íèêàêèõ âàðèàíòîâ íå ïðîâåðÿë. Ïðîøèâêà 70à

Just did as you tell, but still experience problems. This time everithing goes OK and even WAN connects well, but no internet available. No ping to any servers, though STATUS reports that PPTP is connected. I beleive it is compatibility problem with my provider, because Oleg's #10 was and is the only one FW that works properly with my CorbinaTelecom's PPTP.

I am back to Oleg's number 10 now, hoping to get same FW but with another WiFi driver. Engy, please make the FW exactly same as Oleg's number 10, because I'm afraid that if you make it from your own sources it will be a little different and will not work for me again. Thanks again in advance!

Íàäî âûòàùèòü ïî ssh íîâûé ìîäóëü wl èç åãî ïðîøèâêè èëè áåòû ASUS'à - ýòî /usr/sbin/wl è /lib/modules/2.4.20/.../wl.o è ïîäñóíóòü â ñáîðî÷íîå äåðåâî â src/gateway/mipsel-uclibc/target/ . Ïîñëå ÷åãî ïîâòîðèòü make install.

Âîò è ïðèõîäèòñÿ âûòàñêèâàòü îáõîäíûìè ïóòÿìè, ïîêà ASUS íå âûëîæèò íîâóþ ïðîøèâêó 3.0.29 â èñõîäíèêàõ...

Ýõ, åñëè á ÿ ìîã, ÿ á óæå ñäåëàë. ß çíàþ ëèíóêñ íà óðîâíå íà÷èíàþùåãî ïîëüçîâàòåëÿ. Äà è òî - òîêà â SUSE ïîêîïàëñÿ, à ñîáèðàòü ïðîøèâêè íå óìåþ. Õîòÿ ÷óâñòâóþ, ÷òî òåîðåòè÷åñêè ýòî âïîëíå âîçìîæíî - çàìåíèòü ìîäóëü (äðàéâåð âàôëè) è ïîëó÷èòü òî, ÷òî íàäî. Íî ìíå ñëàáÎ. Ïîòîìó è ïðîøó ïîìîùè ó ãðàìîòíûõ ëþäåé.
