Difference between Wl-500gp v1 and v2

What is the difference? and how can i find out which version i have (i bought it like 2 years ago so i might have v1)

I would like to put dd-wrt v24 on there because of qos. But over at dd-wrt they have 2 different instalation guides for v1 and v2.

you should have v1, look at the bottom of the router or at system setup in your router homepage.

PS: only v2 has the version number specified at the bottom, v1 looks like "WL-500gp"

what's wrong, what version ?

Nothing about it in official catalogue by Asus.

wl500gp V1/V2 have 4 lan ports, 2 usb, 1 WAN and wifi of course, as shown in this picture.
I've never tried a V2 but according to the specs, V1 should be a bit faster
