vsftpd -can somebody make a howto ???

I,m using wengi 's configuration -great job, by the way, thx !!!
Now, i would like to implement vsftpd, because i suppose that this one support RESUME function.FTP it's very important to me, so i would be very greatfull if somebody can help.

Do we have an update "howto" for this? The previous howto (as noted in the link) does not work anymore.
