No, not without some massive software reconfiguration/changes. As the firmware stands, the WL-HDD is the USB master so any USB device you plug into it is expected to be a slave... whereas you want the exact opposite situation, where the WL-HDD is a slave. While strictly speaking I expect some Linux guru could make this happen with some effort, you'd also need a custom cable -- the WL-HDD doesn't have a USB B connector, which is what slaves are "supposed" to have!
