internet access problem, newie

I bought this router last week, but since then i wasn't able to connect to internet.

Actually, Skype does connect every time a plug the router to my laptop but Firefox or Iexplorer can't do the same...

Did anybody had a similar problem?,

currently i'm using the Asus Firmware, maybe i should call to the store and ask for a replacement.

Try adding DNS adresses? If youre other apps work like skype,msn etc and u cant browse webpages you are missing dns adress in router config /pc config.

the router seems to work fine with my work network, i will try to do some test today with manual dns addresses...

it was the DNS settings of my crappy internet provider...
