    Supporting GPRS/3G/HSPDA modems?

    Is it possible to support HSPDA modems on USB port (Huawei e220)??

    It really works nice. Tnx.

    The only oops is that the fallback doesn't seem to work with pppoe connection. Every connection attempt on HSDPA defaults the WAN link to static IP.

    Maybe a small bug?

    yes, maybe it is a bug - but then it doesn't hurt me, because I use the
    modem directly with an asus as mobile wireless router in my car, it rocks!

    New koppel firmware

    We have new firmware version 1.68 based on Oleg's 1.9.2.7-8 with this new features :

    * USB stack from kernel 2.4.35.4
    * Native support for Huawei E220 modem
    * USB vid/pid/packetsize can be set for user USB devices
    * User AT command for dialup connection
    * Support for UMTS interface of AnyDATA ADU-630WH modem (set 3 in USB device id)
    * Changing of WEB port for internal network - default 80
    * Update DDNS once a day

    There is support for new modems.Try enter usb vid/pid etc in gprs mode.

    I'm having this trouble with ZTE mf620.
    in my linux machine I need to use usb_modeswitch application, altough only rmmod usb_storage should sufice, then I need to run gcom -d /ttyUSB0 and then I need to run pppd or wvdial or whatever, any hints for me?
