    TinyPEAP

    Anyone tried the Win32 binary of TinyPEAP (www.tinypeap.com) with the WL-500G?

    No, I didn't.
    But it seems like an interesting thing to get running on the WL500g.
    I'll do some experimenting in the coming weeks to make a binary and get it running.

    A Win32 binary is available, but i have SLLv3 errors.

    Got it working. So the ASUS WL-500G (in AP mode) works with the TinyPEAP Win32 binary! See http://www.tinypeap.com.
    It seems that you do not need a certificate (WaCert.pem) to be installed on the Windows client. From the http://www.tinypeap.com/page5.html you only need to follow the instructions up till "Installing own certificate". The rest of the information was not needed.
    Everyone concerned about security with WEP or even with WPA-PSK should pay a visit to this site and try it.
