    Question read /dev/ppp: Value too large for defined data

    My router is Asus WL 500gP withe latest Kopel firmware (1.9.2.7-7g-USB-1.65), for CDMA.

    I use an USB Anydata modem.

    Manufacturer: AnyDATA CORPORATION
    Model: 154
    Revision: 4DATLM06 1 [Feb 03 2006 12:00:00]
    ESN: 0x6C2028C2
    +GCAP: +CIS707-A, CIS-856, +MS, +ES, +DS, +FCLASS
    On my System log is full with this message:

    Oct 24 23:06:24 pppd[147]: read /dev/ppp: Value too large for defined data type
    Oct 24 23:06:24 pppd[147]: read /dev/ppp: Value too large for defined data type
    Oct 24 23:07:16 pppd[147]: read /dev/ppp: Value too large for defined data type
    Any ideeas ?

    Have you tried setting the MTU?

    I don't know Linux. Is there a Control Panel option ?
    What value do you recommend ?
