how could i get my dear torrent work?

sorry my poor English
i had WL-HDD these days and i had never use Liunix before
step by the "install-torrent" guide
now my SCTCS with enhaced-ctorrent do not work
in my SCTCS ,it always display "stoped" and i command it start many times
like this
