When i use anonymous login i can get in the ftp and download stuff, but uploading doesn't work.
WHen i use Users, i cant get in at all.
I've different firmwares but none seems to work

I cannot upload anything. Or do i need to do that when it is connected to my pc?
perhaps you are using a ntfs partition (then you should read the manual)Originally Posted by Driek
give us more information
firmware version of your router
device used for storage
partition on the disk
already present folders/files on the disk

I have a 200 GB WD disk with ( at this moment) 1 partition of 10gb in fat32.

In the hidden admin page (do a search to find out what that is) do a 'ls /tmp/harddisk' and show us the output.
Try this as well:
- disable 'anonymous' and 'superuser' login,
- add a new user with name 'test', password 'test' and 'read/write/erase' rights,
- save the settings with 'finish',
- reboot,
- try logging in as 'test', 'test' and upload a file.
