wl500g - Can it be used as simple adapter

Gents, maybe I dit not make a fully clear subject title, but all I want is to use (degrade) my spare wl500g in so called ethernet adapter mode (as it is called for asus wl 330). So it needs to be associated to a WLAN router and its utp ports needs to be available to three machines. A simple overview:

[Non Asus Router to Inet] /\/ wireless /\/ [Asus 500g]--wired--3 pcs

Go to the web interface and select the appropriate operation mode. I'm not sure of the name, but you'll find it easily. It can act as a bridge, although I've never tried it.
