I have a WL-HDD...

I have the same fault as Rainer on my WL-HDD.

I ipkg'd adduser and zlib and, of course, postgresql. The installation of the postgresql-package creates a new user "postgres".

ipkg install...

It seems to be solved, because:

I did a lot of stuff with my WL-Hdd to get it running. Now, I think I've did something very wrong:
It doesn't mount anything anymore.

I tried
nvram-clear and recover, tried different...

[Edit: here also success]
I installed "adduser".

I need some help:

tried to run the postgresql database daemon, but it is only allowed to run this with some other user rights than root.
...

A further possibility might be to use the postgresql-package.
PostGreSQL is better for higher traffic forums...

phpBB will have SQLite support within phpBB2.2.x, but I don't know, when this will be released.

Anyhow, a user of phpBB2.0.x managed to get it work with...

Why don't you use the ipkg package sql-lite, which can be get via "ipkg install sqlite"?

I'm sure there are some forum scripts, which can handle sql-lite databases.
