After changing the ip_conntrack_max to 4096 it works for a few minuts to half an hour, after that it has been resett to 1024. This happens if i put it in the post-boot script or if i do it manually.

I have done it this way.

This is how it's setup.

Connect the computer with the modem to the WAN port of the router, then setup the router as Home Gateway.

modem/nic -> WAN-|WL500g|-LAN ->...

192.168.1.1 is an internal ip. 192.168.x.x is not routable on the ruters on inet.

you need to find the ip the wan port is using.. the one your getting from the ISP if you want people outside to...
