I really want to stand my 500gP upright just like the 700gE.

I think the 700gE is a couple of millimetres bigger than the 500gP so the 500gP wont sit nicely in it.

Any ideas?

I know the standard WL500g and WL500g Deluxe came in the grey case, but did the WL500gP ever come in the same grey chassis

When using the WL500g/gp, does it give you any HDD power management control? ie HDD sleep when inactive etc etc.

I thought all these were standard features of the Asus fw.
Perhaps QoS isnt, (but im not 100% sure)

Can WRTbwlog be applied to the Asus or Oleg's fw? Or is there something similar already?

So if transfer rates with the WL-500Gp is slow, could it really only be a usb1.1 connection? :confused:

And if its it that slow with the USB2.0, then we may as well just buy a USB1.1 external HDD...
