I have the same problem with USR 9105. I set the modem as bridge... After connecting through PPPoe WAN dies gradually... After a few minutes you can't even ping WAN ip...
Update drivers for webcams from, http://alpha.dyndns.org/ . There is support for all webcams that don't work right now.

I tried firmwares 1.9.3.6 and 1.9.2.7. With defaults, the WAN IP is grayed out when using PPPOE. It works for the workstation and they have Internet...
