At the end of the wshaper file remove all thats shaping your download (not the upload) and it will fix your problem. Wshaper only has to do uploading in my opinion.

Push them with the 'push' button from Seeding state to Suspend. Then select the torrent en click Remove. After that you can Purge them into oblivion.

That setting was correct, used a couple of installation guides combined, but that one the most.
Transmissiond only runs when using the transmission_watchdog and still it gives the same messages...

Works super. Changed from the normal Torrent to the SEAKY's CTCS and works a lot faster. Now I can get the 400 kb/s instead of the 70 that I got normally. And the installation was really simpel.
