With 1.9.3.1 I dont saw any peers!

My problem was firmware 1.9.2.7-d-r1612, with oleg 1.9.2.10 was everything ok.
Problem was only my swap (its on the same hdd).
Disc goes down, but after second it spin-up :( so nothing for me

I have the same problem, can anybody help?
