Can't drop the device settings

WL-HDD2.5 wasn't used about a year.
After that I can't connect to device via WiFi because do not remember network settings. I'm trying to reset device, connect to 192.168.1.1, but admin/admin pair doesn't match.
Device is flashed with program from this site approximately two years ago. Flashing program freezes, so I can't refresh devices' OS.
Can anyone help with this problem?

Did you do 30 secs clean up restore reset? Hold reset button for over 30 secs until it flashes again then power cycle (complete power cord off) for at least 1 minute. When you power up again it will be in clean mode.
