Have you tried with WPA-PSK and TKIP or AES?

Is in this firmware release the connection of the ftp-server (external HD) from WAN fixed?
In previous versions I couldn't connect to my ftp-server over the internet with dyn-dns. I always got a time-out error. I think it's a wrong setting in the firewall of the wl500g.

wireless stuff is identical. most likely you've wireless channel set to auto - try using 1, 6, 11.

Im using now 6a.3 and the internet seems at the normal speed again. Thank you.

After some time of testing +72h working i will post something if its stable or not in my WL500g.

auto to 6 .this seems to be working now, also I`m using a zyxel 645r modem set in bridge mode and i`ve set the wan connection in the wl500g to 100 full duplex sometimes my connection ceases and will then pick up again, i`m going
to try it at 10 full duplex. this is the revision info for my wl500g. Thanks again for your good work! all I need to do now is get the web server, ftp, samba etc

Hi Oleg. Yes I noticed that about the afterburner! using wl cap i get the following: ap sta wet led wme pio 802.11d 802.11h rm cqa afterburner :)
p.s I set the wl500g to 10 mbs full duplex and it appears stable, no disconnects, will keep you posted. regards jelly.
