I cannot believe this router has a power consumption of 30W (not even a ATOM complete system consumes that), its another interesting point to test / measure.

he says the micro sd card slot can handle SD high capacity cards up to 8GB. The router has to be opened up to access it, there's no way to access it from the outside.
I guess the speeds are pretty obvious...

but I'm unsatisfied with his answer...
SD cards and readers are specified in classes according to their maximum write speed.
The plan is to buy a UHS-I SDHC Card to gather faster access, than the provided USB-Transfer speeds. Especially for webservers, swapping etc.
The harddrive would only be needed to store media, not programs anymore. This would save energy and (depending of your HDD) noise. :D
If it will support Class 10 - the thing will still be ok...
