CTorrent Control Server (SCTCS)

Nice work!
Nice architecture, i'm already add some functionality like shutdows server and automaticly kill all ctorrents :)

So, any help needed in development of SCTCS?
p.s. i'm best in js/css/xhtml and web scripting like php, so :)

Well ive got a big SPEED problem

I'm downloading from the same torrent in the SCTCS and in uTorrent in my PC.

In the SCTCS - Downloaded - 8.00 MiB (1.1%)
uTorrent - Downloaded - 136 MiB (19,5%)

I started at the same time, but the SCTCS is so SLOWWWW
Put also another files to download, but still very slow :(

I only have the original 30MB of memory (didnt do the upgrade )

Any ideas ?

And how do i install a new version of Enhanced-Torrent ?

Propably over uTorrent is Connectable and over SCTCS is not Connectable.
This is my Problem.
How to set up router to Connectable torrent over SCTCS?

I try to open a torrent file, but it seems that the SCTCS got some problem, anyone help ???:confused:

You use IE7? (I read a wrong .torrent file path in log : .../e:\.. )
Quick: use firefox to manage sctcs services.
Slow: Read seaky's forum ("upload bugfix (aka. always checking state, ie7 upload etc)" in "General" section) and use IE7.

You need to open ports and forward them to SCTCS (i.e. ehn-torrent).
Edit your /usr/local/sbin/post-firewall file and add:

iptables -I INPUT 7 -p tcp  --dport 2106:2706 -j ACCEPT

then flashfs save,commit, enable, reboot. You should be connectable.

Thanks, ive seened something about the IPtables, but i didnt know that was for this one :P

Now a traker tells-me this:

Your tracker does not want to work with enhanced-ctorrent client which is used by SCTCS.

Try to see which clients are allowed on tracker and if enhanced-ctorrent is allowed see what version you are using.

You can check your version by typing:

If you are not using dnh3 version then do upgrade trough ipkg on your router.

have tried the "remove" option with no success - can someone give me the command line to uninstall this package.

I encounter same problem somehow
try using firefox to enable sctsc
but still had

warn, couldn't set bit field refer file /opt/share/sctcs/torrent/[BitTorment.net]_Tiger_Woods_PGA_TOUR_07_Wii_NTSC_USA.torrent.bf: No such file or directory

I guess is that the tracker not allowed so how can i mamually add different tracker?

I am now using Transmission, it work for me but just 2 problem I got :
1) low speed for download
2) can't display the throughtput plot.

Can anyone help ?

What enhanced-ctorrent version do you use?

SCTCS compatible only with enhanced-ctorrent dnh2.x version.

I'll update my CTCS client to dnh3.x soon.

Maybe tracker problem or enhanced-ctorrent version problem!

!Important note for every SCTCS user!
SCTCS only compatible with enhanced-ctorrent dnh2.x version.
