Apache on WL-HDD

i use the Showcenter200 Firmware: 2.5 Version 11-14-051115-03-PIN-230-000

Yes, you must change <!--WIZD_INSERT_CLIENT_CHARSET--> to: iso-8859-1 including <!--WIZ... ...ET-->
delete: <!--WIZD_INSERT_CLIENT_CHARSET-->
insert: iso-8859-1

do you change the following files too?
wizd.conf:
flag_read_mp3_tag false
flag_filename_cut_parenthesis_area false
flag_filename_cut_same_directory_name false

line_music.html:
change WIZD_INSERT_LINE_MP3TAG_TITLE_INFO into
WIZD_INSERT_LINE_FILE_NAME_NO_EXT

Its realy important to disable in wizd.conf (don't remark with #):
client_language_code disabled
server_language_code disabled

after that changes, its better to restart the wlhdd.

Then the directory and file must be showing correct. Only in playlists you can't see correct umlauts.

I've tested your mp3-file and i've the same problem with 90 sec. silence.
sorry, but i've tested my mp3s with start and afterwards i jumped to 90%. The more I forward-wind the less silence is on the end.
Also the problem is: wizd is not written for sc200 and it have no patch for the 50-90 sec. silence.
I hope that anyone compile apache2, php and oxyl correct for wlhdd :-)

I've try to put your file with ftp on wlhdd even with swedish keyboard layout. There is the same incorrect filename. Try ftp-upload with SmartFTP2.0. Do you see the correct filenames with telnet on wlhdd?

many thanks for your kind posting. As I already wrote in my last posting I installed twonky again on my WLHDD and now it seems to be running fine. If only I knew the difference to my former installations... :-/

Well, they do not for me... :o Please, can I ask you to place your edited files on a ftp I think you know ;-) ?
Btw, should I put something about umlauts in smb.conf?

That or a new firmware from Pinnacle. Wizd is quite cool and it would do the trick for me if I just could have the right umlauts and no breaks between songs.

F.Y.I. I have tested all old firmwares but no provail. I was hoping this was a firmware bug that was "new".

On my WL-HDD the umlauts are OK if i look at the files via Telnet. I am however not using that for the ftp (but this ftp-thing is a minor problem).

I do not get the umlauts to work. :(

Could you please put your edited files here on this site?:
- wizd.conf
- line_music.html
- head.html
- delete_head.html
- more?

Any progress on the prolonged mp3 or Oxyl?

After a reboot I discovered that the umlauts by some reason works. Strange as I have at least rebooted 10 times since the last change regarding WIZD...

However, folders using Swedish umlauts does show up twice. First a with wrong umlauts and then the same folder but with the right umlauts?

Anyone who can explain this (and tell me how to correct)?

NOTE: when I browse the unit I have only one folder of each (I.e. the copy with right umlauts is just "virtual").

Please, help me, did somebody ever have Apache and php working on Wl-Hdd ?
Are there any problems in the installation and adjustment ?
