oleg 1.9.2.7-7g bug?

Hi:

I've this firmware on my asus wl-500gP. Every time the lease of the IP assigned by DHCP expires, the router "disconnects" that lan port and reconnects it. This gives me a network cable disconnected followed by the network cable connected message on windows. Can this be a bug? There should not be this disconnect and connect thing :eek: Only the ip renew, which will be the same :cool:

Try to change MAC-address of network adapter. It has helped me, but I do not use DHCP.

Thanks for answering. I found out it was a problem with the ethernet port on my PC. I'm using another por now. And i'm also using fixed IP for this PC ;)

you can also try the 1.9.2.7-8prex9.trx from oleg from this site: http://oleg.wl500g.info/500w/
But experimenting with firmwares are always at your own risk.
