internet connection lost every 15 minutes

Hi,

I want to use my router behind a Compuserver telefonie modem.
I need to set up the router as an acces point . How can i do that?
At this moment every 15 minutes my connection to internet is lost.
So far i resetted the router and then the connection is back , but only for a short time?
How can i solve this pbm ?
